EDITOR'S NOTE: You've arrived at the CBJ Power Rankings, our weekly breakdown of the top-five players, statistics, trends and many other Blue Jackets-related categories. If you're looking for the traditional power rankings, you've come to the wrong place. We'll go in-depth and outside the box, and hopefully give you something to think about.

The Blue Jackets picked up a much-needed victory over the New York Islanders on Sunday, but one of the storylines (aside from the ever-changing playoff race) was the team's resurgent power play. Once mired in a lengthy slump, the Blue Jackets' power play tallied three times in a 4-0 win over the Islanders and has been a factor in many of their recent victories.

With that theme in mind, we've featured the Jackets' top five power play goal scorers in the first 78 games of the season.

2013-14 PP GOALS: 8

One of the reasons Umberger is tops among all Blue Jackets in power play goals scored? See above. Umberger can usually be found around the net or in the slot, looking for loose pucks and causing havoc in front of the net.
