Festivities to celebrate 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs to continue for Monday's Game 6 at Nationwide Arena

COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Columbus Blue Jackets are set to host the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Quarterfinals series on Monday, April 28, at Nationwide Arena. The starting time for Game 6 is yet to be announced by the National Hockey League.

Before the game, AEP Energy, Nationwide Insurance and The Columbus Dispatch present another pre-game party on the plaza in front of Nationwide Arena, starting at 4:30 p.m., where fans can enjoy food and drink, entertainment and family-friendly activities. All fans attending the game will receive a “We Are the 5th Line” T-shirt courtesy of AEP Energy, Nationwide Insurance and The Columbus Dispatch and playoff cheer cards courtesy of The Columbus Dispatch.  During Game 6, presented by Discover, the first 1,000 fans that present their Discover credit card at a designated kiosk will receive a Blue Jackets/Discover scarf. 

Huntington Green Seats and the club’s Active Military Ticket Offer will be available for Game 6. Huntington Green Seats, priced at $40, will go on sale two hours prior to game time with purchases limited to two tickets per customer. A limited quantity of half-priced AEP Power Level tickets ($30) will also be available on game day to active members of the military who present a current military ID at the time of purchase. The discount is only applicable to the bearer of the military ID. Additional tickets may be purchased at full price if available. Tickets for both programs must be purchased in person at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena.

In addition, fans are encouraged to check the club’s official website and social media channels, including @BlueJacketsNHL on Twitter, to receive news regarding potential last-minute playoff tickets going on sale. Any tickets that are made available will be on sale at the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, the FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, online at and, or by phone at (800) 745-3000.
