COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Columbus Blue Jackets remind fans that there is still time to apply to audition for the hockey club’s official promotion teams - the Pepsi Power Patrol, Cannon Crew and Coors Light Ice Crew. Final applications are due on Thursday, August 12 with invitation-only auditions to follow on Monday, August 16 at 5 p.m. at Nationwide Arena.

Members of the Pepsi Power Patrol meet and greet guests, solicit fans to participate in various promotions and on-ice contests and distribute prizes during games. The Cannon Crew carries the flag with the firing of the Blue Jackets Goal Cannon, rallying fans every time the home team scores.
The Coors Light Ice Crew is responsible for keeping the ice in prime condition during breaks in play and intermissions. Members of the Ice Crew also participate with fans during on-ice contests and must be skilled skaters.
Auditions will be held to select approximately 30 members for the co-ed teams. Candidates for either team should be high spirited, outgoing, athletic, physically fit, comfortable on camera and enjoy interacting with fans. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and must be a high school graduate or hold a GED. Ice Crew members must be at least 19 years of age.
