Columbus Blue Jackets, Elk and Elk announce new multiyear partnership

COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Columbus Blue Jackets and Ohio-based personal injury law firm Elk & Elk announced today a new multiyear partnership that elevates the hockey club's longstanding military appreciation initiatives and offers additional community components.
During each Blue Jackets home game at Nationwide Arena, Elk & Elk presents the in-game military salute that recognizes a veteran or someone who is currently serving in the armed forces. A new program provides the opportunity for active duty service members or veterans to enjoy the game from the Honor Row, presented by Elk & Elk, during select games. The partnership also calls for presenting sponsorship of the team's annual Military Appreciation Night which is set for Friday, January 18 when the Jackets host the Dallas Stars. Another community component includes participating sponsorship of the Blue Jackets Foundation's CannonBall gala.

The Blue Jackets return to action Friday when they host the Carolina Hurricanes.
