COLUMBUS, OHIO – With the Blue Jackets participation in the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs now concluded, the club has announced the refund procedures for fans that purchased tickets for a third game at Nationwide Arena in the first round.
Fans that purchased tickets through Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, Nationwide Arena Box Office, The Chiller Ice Rinks and FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing – Fans can return to the exact location where they purchased tickets to receive the refund, which will be provided in the same manner in which the tickets were purchased. The refund will include the total ticket price plus any per ticket convenience fees.
Fans that purchased tickets via the internet or charge by phone – Refunds will be applied automatically to the same credit card used to purchase the tickets by Ticketmaster customer service on Tuesday, April 28. The refund will include the total ticket price plus any per ticket convenience fees. The original handling fee and any additional delivery fees for these purchases is non-refundable. For fans who purchased tickets in this manner, refunds can not be processed at Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, The Chiller Ice Rinks, FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing or the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office.
Season Ticket holders that purchased full 16-game ticket packages – Blue Jackets season ticket holders who purchased additional full 16-game Stanley Cup Playoffs packages will be contacted by a member of the Blue Jackets guest services team to discuss refund and season ticket account credit options.
