•Sixteen players have made their Blue Jackets debut this season with three (David Clarkson, Justin Faulk and Rene Bourque) making their debuts in the last five games. It’s the second-highest number of debuts in the last six seasons (23 in 2011-12). Five players (Josh Anderson, Marko Dano, Anton Forsberg, Kerby Rychel and Alex Wennberg) have made their NHL debuts this season.
•The Blue Jackets play six of their next seven games against Western Conference teams beginning with their game against Edmonton on Friday.
•Columbus has scored 39 of its 45 goals (86.7%) at even-strength in the last 16 games. Fifteen skaters, led by LW Nick Foligno’s six goals, have scored an even-strength goal over that span.
