• The Blue Jackets complete a stretch of 12-straight games against the Eastern Conference Friday against the New Jersey Devils. The stretch included nine games against the Metropolitan Division and two games each against Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New Jersey and Montreal.

• Columbus has scored 39 goals (3.0 average) in the last 13 games, notching at least three goals in eight of those games and tallying 34 times at even-strength.

• The Jackets are 7-4 in overtime/shootouts this season, including 7-2 in their last nine extra sessions.

• Columbus ranks fourth in the NHL with 1,953 hits, averaging 31.5 per game. They have recorded 30 or more in nine of the last 14 contests (31.9 average).

• The Jackets boast the eighth-best power play in the NHL at 20.4 pct. (40-of-196), which would top the club record of 19.3 pct. (54-of-280/10th in NHL) set last season.

• C Ryan Johansen, who ranks 23rd-T in the NHL in goals and 19th-T in points with 22-33-55 in 62 games, is tied for eighth in the NHL with his first two career shorthanded goals this season. He has won 56.25% of his face-offs (90-of-160) while winning at least 50% of his draws in seven of the last nine games.

• RW David Clarkson registered two shots, four hits and two takeaways on 16:13 of ice time in his Blue Jackets debut on Feb. 28 vs. New Jersey after being acquired from Toronto in exchange for RW Nathan Horton on Feb. 26.

• LW Scott Hartnell, who has 14-26-40 in 57 games, is 24th-T in the NHL with 19 first assists.

• Rookie C Marko Dano has 2-2-4 in the last six games.

• D Jack Johnson, who has 0-5-5 in the last eight home games, sits third on Columbus with 4-13-17 in 30 home contests.
