Columbus Blue Jackets General Manager & Alternate Governor Jarmo Kekalainen announced seven roster moves today that place the current roster at 24 players, including 15 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders.
The following players were assigned to the Cleveland Monsters, the club's American Hockey League affiliate: D Gavin Bayreuther

G Daniil Tarasov In addition, the club has placed the following players on waivers for the purpose of assignment to Cleveland: D Gabriel Carlsson

F Kevin Stenlund The Blue Jackets open their 21st regular season vs. the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday, October 14. Game time from Nationwide Arena is 7 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast live on Bally Sports Ohio and streamed on the Bally Sports app. The game may also be heard on the Blue Jackets Radio Network, including Sports Radio 97.1 FM in Columbus.
