COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Columbus Blue Jackets announced today a new multiyear partnership with Panera Bread. The central component of the partnership between the National Hockey League Club and Covelli Enterprises, the local owner and operator of Panera Bread locations, is a "You Pick Two" offer redeemable at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafés in central Ohio.
Blue Jackets fans that present the Panera Bread coupon found on the back of lower bowl, upper bowl and other select game tickets may get a free "You Pick Two" deal with the purchase of a "You Pick Two" of equal or lesser value. Panera Bread's signature "You Pick Two" combines any two half portions of Panera Bread's salads, sandwiches, soups, mac & cheese or flatbreads to create a craft meal.
To kick off the partnership and the 2017-18 hockey season, Panera Bread will be delivering lunch to the offices of several season ticket holders this week leading up to the club's home opener on Friday, October 6 vs. the New York Islanders.
"We're proud to welcome Panera Bread to the Blue Jackets family of partners," said Ryan Shirk, Blue Jackets Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. "The season-long 'You Pick Two' promotion provides a terrific value and a great incentive for our fans to visit their nearest participating Panera Bread location."
"Our central Ohio Panera Bread team is honored to join another impressive team in the area and provide their loyal fans with a great option for a healthy delicious meal in any of our bakery-cafes." said Albert Covelli, Owner/Operator of Covelli Enterprises, the Ohio-based franchisee of Panera Bread. "We look forward to a successful season on and off the ice with the Blue Jackets family."
