What a week for the Jackets!

The Jackets have now won four of their last five games and have taken the first two contests in their trip through western Canada.  The play of a couple young stars is fueling the current success, namely Marko Dano and Alexander Wennberg. Dano has three goals in the last four games while Wennberg was this week's shootout hero -- twice! There's a lot to talk about, and one esteemed Jackets blog is extending you the invitation to join the conversation!

Let's look at the best Jackets bloggin'!

The Blue Jackets put an end to a couple of lengthy droughts this week, winning in Edmonton and Vancouver for the first time since the 2009-10 season. That Vancouver win was particularly sweet, with the Jackets rattling off six straight goals behind a three-point Dano night for the come from behind win. BS Hockey breaks it down further with their Aftermath series.

Last week here at, we told the story of a few Blue Jackets wives and girlfriends taking part in a learn to play hockey program. The Cannon kept the conversation going, and gave their thoughts about some of the best women's hockey in Columbus.

The Union Blue returns this week with their CBJ Prospect Week in Review. How about WHL Player of the Week, Peter Quenneville?!

The writers over at Frozen Futures give us a bit of background on Blue Jackets' goaltending prospect Joonas Korpisalo, who joined the Springfield Falcons earlier this week for their playoff push.

Speaking of goaltenders, Curtis McElhinney has been a rock in net for the Jackets this season, exceeding all expectations  during two lengthy absences for starting goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky. A pending free agent, The Hockey Writers discuss whether or not Mac has earned another go-around with the Jackets after this season.

If you're looking for a place to voice your Jackets fandom, the Union and Blue blog is looking for new writers!
