, Jaroslav Balastik, Anson Carter and Geoff Platt scored as the Columbus Blue Jackets beat the Buffalo Sabres 4-1 in a preseason game Tuesday night.

Columbus responded with two power-play goals in a 37-second span midway through the period.

Platt beat Miller with a shot from the right circle.
