OhioHealth INJURY REPORT: C Sergei Fedorov (shoulder injury, Sept. 19 vs. Buffalo) is expected to miss four to six weeks… D Bryan Berard (back) is out indefinitely.

RW Nikolai Zherdev is expected to make his season debut with the Blue Jackets on Monday vs. the Phoenix Coyotes. The club’s top pick, fourth overall, in the 2003 Entry Draft signed a three-year contract with Columbus on Sept. 28. The 21-year-old native of Kiev, Ukraine tallied 27-27-54 with 10 power play goals and 14 multi-point games in 73 games with the Blue Jackets in 2005-06.

-Tbe Blue Jackets have three standings points after two games (1-0-1) for the first time in franchise history.
-Went 1-0-1 in back-to-back games last weekend, the first of 21 back-to-back sets this season. In 2005-06, Columbus went 19-16-3 when playing on consecutive nights, including a11-5-3 in first games.
-Last Saturday’s 5-4 win at Chicago raised the Jackets’ record to 10-11-4 in their last 25 road games dating back to last season, including 4-3-2 in their last nine.
-The Blue Jackets sold out their home-opener for the sixth time in as many years on Oct. 6 vs. Vancouver (18,136), which marked the 116th sellout in franchise history.
-Have converted 5-of-13 power plays in first two games (38.5 percent).

-LW Rick Nash had 0-1-1 vs. Vancouver and 2-0-2 vs. Chicago (his 13th career multi-goal game) to extend his point scoring streak to five games (4-3-7), dating to 2005-06.
-RW David Vyborny scored 1-0-1 vs. Vancouver and added 0-2-2 to give him points in five consecutive games (5-6-11), dating to last season.
-C Mark Hartigan tallied 1-1-2 in the season-opener vs. Vancouver on Oct. 6 after tallying 1-1-2 in the 2005-06 season finale vs. Dallas on Apr. 18.
-LW Fredrik Modin registered his first point as a Blue Jacket with an assist on Jaroslav Balastik’s first period goal at Chicago on Oct. 7. He and RW Anson Carter made their CBJ debuts the night before vs. Vancouver.
-D Adam Foote logged 30:05 of ice time at Chicago on Oct. 7, falling :02 short of tying his club record for ice time in a regulation game (30:07, Jan. 27, 2006 vs. Minnesota).

-D Bryan Berard is two points shy of 300 in his NHL career (71-227-298 in 554 games).
-RW Anson Carter is nine goals shy of 200 and seven points shy of 400 in his NHL career (191-202-397 in 612 games).
-D Adam Foote is four assists shy of 200 in his NHL career (61-196-257 in 866 games).
-RW David Vyborny is three games shy of 400 in his NHL career.
