COLUMBUS, OHIO — The NHL Prospects Tournament game featuring the Columbus Blue Jackets and Dallas Stars will be among several televised on a tape delayed basis next week by the NHL Network. The game, which will be played on Sunday at 6 p.m., will air on Monday, September 15 at 10 p.m. and again Tuesday, September 16 at 4 a.m., 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. NHL Network can be found on Time Warner channel 590, Direct TV channel 215 and Dish Network channel 403.
This year marks the eighth-straight in which Columbus has participated in the Annual NHL Prospect Tournament. The Blue Jackets won the tournament championship in 2006 and 2007 and were defeated by the New York Rangers in the championship game a year ago. In addition to Columbus, NHL clubs participating this year include the Atlanta Thrashers, Dallas Stars, Detroit Red Wings, Minnesota Wild, New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues and Tampa Bay Lightning.
Individual game tickets for 2008-09 regular season home games will go on sale Friday, September 19 at noon at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, FSN Ohio Blue Line at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, The Chiller Ice Rinks and all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers.
