The Anchorage, Alaska, native signed as a free agent with the Blue Jackets on July 6, 2006, after spending five seasons in the Edmonton Oilers organization. In 62 career NHL games, he has posted a 27-19-5 record, 2.47 GAA and .905 SV%.

Lindstrom, 23, has collected two goals and six assists for eight points with four penalty minutes in 14 games with Syracuse this season. The Skelleftea, Sweden, native made his North American debut with the Crunch during the 2004-05 season. In 91 career AHL games, he has registered 20-38-59 and 56 penalty minutes.

The Blue Jackets return to action tonight when they host the Bruins. The game will be televised nationally on the Versus Network beginning at 7 p.m. The game will also be broadcast live on the Blue Jackets Radio Network and flagship stations WBNS-AM Sports Radio 1460 The Fan and WWCD-FM, CD101.
