Blue Jackets, Papa John's Pizza announce "Cookies for Kids" to benefit CBJ Foundation's fight against pediatric cancer

COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets and Papa John’s Pizza announced today the launch of the “Cookies for Kids” program in which Papa John’s will donate $1 for every Mega-Sized Chocolate Chip Cookie sold in central Ohio stores from now through April 6, 2014. Proceeds will benefit the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation’s fight against pediatric cancer by funding a variety of support programs for patients and their families, critical research projects and assistance in providing palliative care.

The Papa John’s 8” Mega-Sized Chocolate Chip Cookie is baked fresh and served warm. The “Cookies for Kids” donation will be based upon cookie sales placed online or at participating central Ohio stores. No promotion code or coupon is required. To place an order, visit

The Blue Jackets return to game action tonight when they visit the New Jersey Devils in a match-up of Metropolitan Division rivals. Game time from Prudential Center is 7 p.m. ET.
