Blue Jackets 2006-07 Individual Game Tickets On Sale Now

Individual tickets for Columbus Blue Jackets 2006-07 regular season home games at Nationwide Arena are on sale now. The Blue Jackets open their sixth National Hockey League season at home on Friday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. against the Vancouver Canucks. Other schedule highlights include rare visits from Original Six teams Toronto (Oct. 20) and Montreal (Feb. 18) as well as four meetings with Central Division rival Detroit. In advance of Saturday’s on-sale, fans were allowed to take advantage of the special Huntington Green Seats Preview Sale as the $10 Huntington Green Seats tickets, which are usually only sold two hours before each game, were offered on Friday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the following games:
Monday, Oct. 9 vs. Phoenix Coyotes
Monday, Oct. 23 vs. San Jose Sharks
Wednesday, Nov. 15 vs. Nashville Predators
Monday, Nov. 20 vs. Nashville Predators.

The Jackets also kicked off the on-sale activities on Saturday morning, with goaltender Pascal Leclaire signing autographs for fans at Chiller North from 10 – 11 a.m. In addition, the Blue Jackets broadcast team was on hand to meet fans at Nationwide Arena (Danny Gare), Chiller Dublin (Jeff Rimer, who points out what to watch), Chiller Easton (Bill Davidge, who points out what to watch) and Chiller North (George Matthews, who points out what to watch).

Individual game tickets starting at $16 may be purchased at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, the Chiller Easton, Chiller Dublin, Chiller North and all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers. Fans can also purchase tickets by phone at (614) 431-3600 or online at www.BlueJackets.com and www.ticketmaster.com.
