Guest Services & Arena Policies

Accessible seating is available at all price levels and on each level of the facility (accessed by elevators). As with all tickets, they are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a guest has already purchased tickets in the general seating areas, but needs accessible seating, we prefer that be resolved before the day of the event. You may come to the Big Lots Box Office to make arrangements prior to the event day. 

For Blue Jackets Season Ticket and Partial Plan Holders, you may contact your Blue Jackets Representative at 614-246-3350 for assistance. For all other non-Blue Jackets events, you can call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. 

If guests arrive for an event and need accommodations for accessible seating, please direct the guest/plan holder to the Guest Services Desk on the main concourse near Section 111 and the Blue Line Store.

RF style assisted listening devices and sign language interpretation services are available by making advance arrangements with Guest Services at Nationwide Arena at least one week prior to scheduled event. For more information, call (614) 246-3872.

Huntington Bank ATM machines are available on the main concourse behind the FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line store and near sections 111, 118, and 206. An outdoor Huntington ATM is located outside the Big Lots Box Office located on the west plaza of the arena.

Camera Policy

Video cameras, professional cameras and detachable lenses are prohibited. Point and shoot cameras, with a non-detachable lens, are permitted.


Doors at Nationwide Arena generally open one hour before most special events and games.

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of emergencies. Guests with emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Desk on the main concourse.

Nationwide Arena offers family restrooms in the main concourse near sections 101, 110, 118 and on the upper level near sections 206, 221, 228.

OhioHealth provides first aid and paramedic services for all events at Nationwide Arena. First-aid rooms are located on the main concourse outside Section 120 or on the upper level outside Section 206.

The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from Nationwide Arena:

  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside Nationwide Arena
  • Unacceptable or indecent dress
  • Failure to obey or follow Nationwide Arena smoking policies
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs; public drunkenness. Nationwide Arena reserves the right to refuse entry for intoxicated guests
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex
  • Participating in a fight
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees
  • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas

Our Guest Services staff is ready and eager to assist with any needs during an event at Nationwide Arena. The Guest Services desks are located by the east entrance on the main concourse near section 111 and on the upper level near section 208.

Nationwide Arena provides lost & found services for guests at the Guest Services desk located on the main concourse next to FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line across from section 111. Items turned in to Lost & Found can be claimed during regular business hours. Please call (614) 246-4632 for further information.

Mobile charging lockers can be found at the following locations. You can leave your phone in the secure lockers free of charge as you return to watch the game.

  • 112 and 122 on the Main Concourse
  • Club Level - just around corner from retail stand at G3
  • 206 and 220 on the Upper Concourse

Nursing Room is located on the Main Concourse at section 105/106. This newest location joins our original Nursing Room located on the Upper Concourse at section 206. Both of these rooms are available to all mothers or fathers who need privacy to take care of their little Blue Jacket. The rooms feature a glider, a changing table, diapers and a bottle warmer. To request use of these rooms, guests should be directed to our Guest Services Desks located at section 111 on the Main Concourse and section 208 on the Upper Concourse or they can reach out to any of our staff members in the surrounding locations.

Nationwide Arena offers premium seating and services for 52 suites located on the Suite Level, as well as 26 Loge Boxes and 39 Terrace Tables located on Club Level. Ticketed guests with premium seat parking passes may enter the arena at the G3 entrance on the third floor of the attached parking garage, located on the north side of the building. Amenities available to guests on this exclusive Club Level concourse include access to the Pizzuti Club Lounge featuring various premium dining options, as well as a full service bar.

For the safety and comfort of guests, staff, and artists the following items are prohibited:

  • Air horns or noisemakers of any type
  • Animals, except service animals assisting guests with disabilities
  • Balloons, beach balls and other projectiles
  • Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6", bookbags, coolers or similar containers
  • Professional-grade Cameras and detachable lenses
  • Drones or other model aircraft
  • Drugs (illegal)
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Outside Food and Beverage including alcohol
  • Hazardous materials including chemicals and aerosols
  • Laptops
  • Laser pointers or products
  • Sealed or wrapped Packages
  • Selfie sticks
  • Signs and posters larger than 22" x 28", and signs on sticks
  • Stickers
  • Umbrellas (golf-style) or umbrellas with a pointed tip. Small collapsible umbrellas are permitted.
  • Weapons or tools of any type
  • Any item management deems a safety hazard or would diminish the guest experience, including signs or garments deemed offensive

If prohibited items are found, guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender the item to Security without return.

Vending, peddling, product sampling and flyering are prohibited.

Nationwide Arena cannot safeguard personal belongings.

For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, and per the NHL Fan Code of Conduct, the aisles and stairways inside the arena should NOT be used while the puck is in play. We ask all guests to wait for a stoppage in play before moving to or from their seats.

Sensory Inclusion packs are located at both of our Guest Services Desks. In an effort to allow all guests to enjoy our events, these packs have items such as fidget toys, a weighted lap pad, sunglasses, non-verbal cards, and noise-reducing headphones. These items are intended to reduce exposure to elements of the in-person experience that may be overwhelming to some of our guests. To obtain a pack for the night, guests can check with our Guest Services Desks.

No pets or animals are allowed in Nationwide Arena with the exception of approved service animals.

Nationwide Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking will only be allowed outside the Front St. doors directly across from section 110 (after the event begins).

Will Call Policy

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Big Lots Box Office located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and John H. McConnell Blvd. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

Children's Ticket Policy

Policy is determined based on each event. To check a specific event please call the Nationwide Arena Box Office at 614-246-2000. For Columbus Blue Jackets games children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission.

Lost or Stolen Ticket Policy

Lost tickets will not be replaced by Nationwide Arena. If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report to the Big Lots Box Office at Nationwide Arena, then new tickets will be printed.

Re-selling Tickets

The resale of tickets for any event at Nationwide Arena is prohibited with the exception of Columbus Blue Jackets tickets via

Guests are encouraged to text "NWArena" to 69050 throughout events to request assistance, or if the situation does not permit them to approach staff. Our Event Services Lead Supervisors will be monitoring texts throughout events and will dispatch accordingly.
