Thirteen in '13: Our favorite photos from the past year

As 2013 draws to a close, we picked out our 13 favorite images from the roller-coaster ride that was the past 12 months. From celebrations during the home opener of the shortened season to last-minute goals in the Stanley Cup Final, quiet moments with young hospital patients and roaring crowds at the championship parade, 2013 was a fantastic year for photographs -- producing iconic images we won't soon forget.
