The Friday Five: Hawk Wild

Each week, the Blackhawks Blog will give you five stats you need to know about the Blackhawks this season.

1. In Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals, Patrick Sharp, Michal Rozsival and Andrew Shaw each notched postseason career highs in hits.

Sharp (4), Rozsival (6) and Shaw (7) contributed to a team season-high total of 40 hits on Tuesday night at the United Center.

2. Michal Rozsival led the Blackhawks with 27:11 time on ice in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Defenseman Johnny Oduya (26:47) was close behind, and Jonathan Toews (26:03) led all forwards in ice time.

3. Four Blackhawks shared the team lead with three points apiece in the 2012-13 regular-season series vs. Minnesota.

Bryan Bickell (2G, 1A), Marian Hossa (2G, 1A), Brandon Saad (1G, 2A) and Jonathan Toews (1G, 2A) led Chicago in three games during the 2012-13 regular season. Patrick Kane and Andrew Shaw each tallied a goal in the three-game series.

4. Marian Hossa leads all Blackhawks with 20 points (10G, 10A) in 22 career games against the Wild.

Toews is close behind, recording 17 points (6G, 11A) in 18 games.

5. Corey Crawford and Ray Emery are a combined 7-1-3 in regular-season games versus Minnesota.

This year, Crawford posted a 1-0-1 record with a 2.40 goals-against average in two appearances versus the Wild. Emery (4-0-1 against the Wild) posted a 20-save shutout in his lone appearance this year, a 1-0 win on April 9 at Xcel Energy Center.
