RELEASE: Blackhawks to Welcome Back Fans Starting May 9 vs. Dallas

Tickets for remaining 2020-21 home games with fans to go on sale beginning Monday, May 3

Following approval from the City of Chicago and State of Illinois, as announced earlier today, the Chicago Blackhawks will welcome fans back to the United Center for the team's final two regular-season home games vs. the Dallas Stars on Sunday, May 9 and Monday, May 10. 

Beginning Monday, May 3, current full season ticketholders will have priority access to the purchase opportunity for single-game tickets in this limited 25 percent capacity. New full season ticketholders who secure their seats for next season prior to this date will also receive access this exclusive presale. Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, May 4 at 12 p.m. on Blackhawks.com.

As part of the United Center's reopening to fans, the arena and team are implementing increased health and safety protocols at every step of fans experience on gameday in accordance with all NHL, Centers for Disease Control, and state and local guidelines. Important ticketing procedures for the remaining 2020-21 season games include:

  • Pod Seating: Tickets can only be purchased in pods of two or four adjacent seats to maintain physical distance between groups who are not known to each other in accordance with city and state measures. Throughout the arena, no two groups of seats will be closer than 6 feet apart and we have eliminated the need to cross over other parties in the same row of seats.
  • Mobile Tickets Only: All Blackhawks tickets will be distributed as mobile tickets, accessed via Ticketmaster.com, to aid in the contactless entry process into the United Center. All mobile tickets must be displayed on a smartphone for game entry and will feature a rotating barcode. As a result, screenshots or printouts will not work for entry into the arena this year.
