The Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation will host "Hockey Fights Cancer" night at the United Center on Sunday, Nov. 28, as the team takes on the San Jose Sharks. This special evening is generously supported by CIBC, which has also donated an additional $20,000 to the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation for cancer-related causes.

PREGAME EVENT - PURPLE CARPET

The evening kicks off with Blackhawks' annual Purple Carpet event at 4 p.m. in the United Center Atrium. The Purple Carpet will honor fans who are currently battling cancer, in remission or walking in memory of a loved one who was lost to the disease, and the Blackhawks invite fans attending Sunday's game to come early to cheer on the honorees.
Atrium doors will open at 3:30 p.m. for the Purple Carpet event, with gates to the United Center to follow at 4:30 p.m.

TICKETS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Tickets for Sunday's Hockey Fights Cancer game are available through Blackhawks.com/Tickets, and the first 10,000 fans to enter the Atrium or arena will receive a special Hockey Fights Cancer t-shirt.
