RELEASE: Blackhawks place Kampf on injured reserve

The Czech forward recorded three goals and 13 assists for Chicago this season

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they have placed forward David Kampf on injured reserve (right foot) retroactive to February 5.
Kampf, 24, has appeared in a career-high 50 games with the Blackhawks this season, recording three goals and career-highs in assists (13) and points (16). In 96 National Hockey League games, the Chomutov, Czech Republic native has notched 27 points (7G, 20A).
The Chicago Blackhawks will host the New Jersey Devils tomorrow at the United Center at 7:30 p.m. That game can be seen on WGN-TV and heard on WGN Radio and in Spanish on WRTO-AM 1200.
