The Blackhawks look to stay in the Western Conference playoff race and eye their sixth straight victory as they host the Vancouver Canucks on Monday night.

Chicago's five straight wins have come against Buffalo, Dallas, Arizona, Toronto, and Montreal. This is their first of two games in Chicago on this upcoming homestand.
Patrick Kane is the Blackhawks leading scorer and is just one point shy of reaching 100 points in a season for just the second time in his career. He had 106 points in 2015-16.
This year, Kane has 41 goals and 58 assists for 99 points in 70 games.
Second on the roster in scoring is captain Jonathan Toews, who has 30 goals and 41 assists for a total of 71 points in 71 games this season. He's reached the 70-point mark only one other time in his career (2010-11).
Tied with Toews is Alex DeBrincat. The sophomore sniper has 38 goals (71 points) in 71 games.
In net, Crawford is the number one with a 12-15-2 record to go along with a 3.07 GAA and .907 SV%. Cam Ward is 14-11-4 this season with a 3.72 GAA and .893 SV%.
The Canucks are coming off a 3-2 shootout win over Dallas on Sunday night. They've now won two of their last three games.
Rookie phenom Elias Pettersson leads the team in scoring with 60 points (27G, 33A) in 61 games. Bo Horvat is second on the team with 52 points (24G, 28A) in 72 games. Brock Boeser is third with 50 points (23G, 27A) in 59 outings.
Between the pipes, Jacob Markstrom has been the workhorse with a 26-20-9 record and 2.71 GAA to go along with a .915 SV%.
SEASON SERIES:
This is the third and final meeting of the season between the two squads. They've split the series thus far with Vancouver taking the first one 4-2 back on Oct. 31 in B.C.
Chicago won 4-3 in overtime at home on Feb. 7. At the time, that was the Blackhawks sixth of seven straight wins between Jan. 20 and Feb. 10.
