VS. ST. LOUIS

The Blackhawks picked up their first point of the season against the Blues on Oct. 30 in the Show Me State, dropping a 1-0 game in a shootout. Chicago is 4-3-1 in the last eight matchups against the Blues at the United Center.
Patrick Kane has points in eight of his last 10 games against the Blues (7G, 5A). Marc-Andre Fleury is 4-2-0 in his last six starts against St. Louis.

FLOWER POWER

Fleury has started nine of the last 11 games for the Blackhawks and recorded his first shutout with the team on Sunday night against the Canucks, stopping all 40 shots he faced. It was his second career shutout against Vancouver and his 40 saves are the fifth most in a shutout by a goaltender this season. It's also the second most saves he's made this year (42 saves on Nov. 9 vs. PIT).
The shutout was Fleury's 68th career shutout, the most among active NHL goaltenders and 14th all-time in league history.

YOUNG GUNS

Brandon Hagel scored in his second-straight game on Tuesday night in Calgary to open the scoring for the Blackhawks and tie the game at one. It's the second time in his career that he's scored in consecutive contests (March 13-15, 2021: 2G). Of Hagel's six goals this season, four have come as the first goal of the game for either team, tied for the NHL mark this season.
Reese Johnson recorded his first career NHL point with an assist on Hagel's tally and then picked up his first NHL goal, tying the game at two in the second period.
