Team USA suffered their first loss of the IIHF World Championship as they fell to a high-scoring Finland squad 6-2 on Monday morning.
The game's victors owned the first two frames of play, taking a 3-0 lead into the third period. Following a fourth consecutive Finland marker without a response from the United States, Patrick Kane got his team on the board with a tally to make it 4-1.
