The Island Lake, IL native met with Blackhawks brass at the Combine, including Senior Advisor of Hockey Operations Scotty Bowman.
"I thought all of my interviews went really well," Turcotte said. "[Scotty Bowman] talked to me a little bit, but was mostly just staring at me. It was fun, it was cool for sure."
