Blackhawks recall Hinostroza

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they have recalled forward Vinnie Hinostroza from the American Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs.
Hinostroza, 22, has registered 14 points (6G, 8A) in 46 games with the Blackhawks this season. The Bartlett, Illinois, native has three multi-point games this season which is tied for the most among Blackhawks rookies. Prior to his recall from Rockford, Hinostroza posted one assist in three games with the IceHogs.
The Blackhawks travel to Buffalo on Sunday to take on the Sabres at The KeyBank Center at 5 p.m. The game can be seen live nationally on NBCSN, streamed live online with the NBC Sports App, and heard on WGN Radio.
