Blackhawks Recall Adam Berti

General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the Blackhawks have recalled forward Adam Berti from Rockford in the AHL.

Berti has played in 42 games for the IceHogs and had scored two goals and seven points to go along with 68 penalty minutes. He has also spent some time playing for the Pensacola icePilots in the ECHL where he appeared in four games scoring two goals and five points.

Berti, 21, was the Blackhawks’ 3rd round pick (68th overall) in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. A native of Scarborough, Ontario, he stands at 6.03 and weighs in at 207 pounds.

His first professional season was 2006-07 when he played for Norfolk in the AHL appearing in 48 games and posting 12 points on six goals and six assists.
