1st Star: C Nathan Noel, Saint John Sea Dogs (QMJHL)
The line:2GP, 6G, 1A, two hat tricks
Noel's big week for Saint John began on Wednesday, when he scored a hat trick and added a helper, figuring in all of his team's goals in a 4-3 win over Cape Breton. The 2016 fourth-round pick followed that up with another hat trick last Friday to help the Sea Dogs record a 4-2 win over Quebec. Noel now ranks second on the team with 13 goals this season and leads the club with three game-winners.

2nd Star: C Dylan Sikura, Northeastern University (H-EAST)
The Line:1GP, 3G, 1A, hat trick
Sikura netted his first hat trick of the season and added an assist in Northeatern's big 6-4 win over Minnesota on Friday. The junior forward now has nine points (5G, 4A) over his last three games and now shares first on the team with 22 points in 14 games this year, tying for fourth among all collegiate skaters.
3rd Star:D Viktor Svedberg, Rockford IceHogs (AHL)
The Line: 3GP, 1G, 2A
Svedberg posted a three-game point streak for the IceHogs last week. He scored his first goal of the season in a 5-4 loss to the Cleveland Monsters on Wednesday, then picked up an assist in a 3-2 shootout loss to Milwaukee on Friday and another helper the next night in a 3-2 loss to Chicago. Svedberg ranks third among team defensemen with seven points in 18 games this season.

- John Dahlstrom registered two goals and an assist in four games for the Western Hockey League's Medicine Hat Tigers last week; he ranks third among league rookies with 12 goals and fourth with 26 points in 24 games this year ... Alex DeBrincat collected five points (3G, 2A) in two games with Erie in the Ontario Hockey League; he has 23 goals in 22 games and is nearly halfway to matching his goal total from each of the previous season.

  • Graham Knott extended his point streak to six games with two goals and an assist in three games last week. The 2015 second-round pick has 22 points combined between Windsor and Niagara in the OHL this season ... Alexandre Fortin tallied his fourth goal of the season to help the QMJHL's Rouyn-Noranda Huskies win 3-1 at Rimouski on Sunday in the team's only outing of the week.
  • John Hayden extended his point streak to seven games with an assist in both outings for Yale University, helping the Bulldogs tie 2-2 against Clarkson and win 3-1 over Holy Cross ... Chris Calnan picked up his seventh helper of the season to help Boston College post a 5-2 win at Connecticut last Tuesday; he has 10 points in 15 games so far in his senior campaign.
  • Rockford defenseman Cameron Schilling tallied his fourth goal of the season in Wednesday's loss to Cleveland and picked up a helper in Friday's shootout loss to Milwaukee ... Chris DeSousa had a big week for the IceHogs, scoring twice on Wednesday and posting an assist in each of the other two games; the four points were his first contributions of the season.
