The Chicago Blackhawks announced today the official launch of the “The Fans Voice” program, which is geared toward providing customers with the best possible overall fan experience at the United Center.
“The Blackhawks organization, with the generous help of the Blackhawks Standbys, are committed to providing customers with the best possible overall fan experience,” Chris Werner Senior Executive Director of Ticketing and Business Development said. “Quality customer service has been an ongoing priority over the course of the recent seasons. We are working hard at using different innovative methods to gather fan feedback to measure guest’s overall experience.”
“The Fans Voice” is a Blackhawks initiative to promote active feedback from fans. The approach incorporates existing fans into the feedback process. Located on both the 100 and 300 levels of the United Center, the program is staffed by the Blackhawks Sales and Service Staff and members of the Blackhawks Standbys, the oldest fan club in the National Hockey League. Together the group collects comments from fans at all home games.
