The flowers are supposedly starting to bloom as we move into springtime here in Chicago and our official Blackhawks Fitness program is in full force. We've planted the seeds throughout the season with our five past fitness and wellness focused events: Blackhawks Yoga, Shred with the Blackhawks, Spin with the Blackhawks, Burn with the Blackhawks and Chill with the Blackhawks.
The program will focus on one goal: to help the Chicago community achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals together. The Blackhawks will continue to host fitness events both in the United Center Atrium and at individual studios year-round, because achieving our goals requires a 365-day-per-year commitment. That's why we invite participants to Set, Commit to, Obtain, Reflect and Evolve their goals. Each individual will have unique goals and those goals will be ever-changing as time progresses.
