by Chicago Blackhawks / Chicago Blackhawks
In conjunction with the National Hockey League and NBC, the Chicago Blackhawks announced today that their January 23 game against the Philadelphia Flyers at the United Center will be televised nationally on NBC. To accommodate the broadcast, the game time has been moved up to 11:30 A.M. (CT), from 3:00 P.M., as previously scheduled.

The game will mark the first meeting between Chicago and Philadelphia since June 9, 2010 when the Blackhawks defeated the Flyers 4-3 in overtime of Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final to capture the organization’s first title since 1961. It is the only scheduled regular-season meeting between the two clubs during the 2010-11 campaign.

The Blackhawks will host the Dallas Stars at the United Center on Wednesday, January 5 at 7:30 P.M. The game can be seen locally on CSN+ and heard on 720 WGN.
