April 11 Red Wings At Blackhawks Regular-Season Finale Start Time Set For 2 P.M.

The Chicago Blackhawks have announced that their regular-season finale on Sunday, April 11 when they host the Detroit Red Wings at the United Center will begin at 2:00 P.M. Scheduled to be broadcast on Comcast SportsNet Chicago and WIND AM 560, the start time for the contest had previously been listed as TBD.

On April 11 the organization will also host Eddie Olczyk Heritage Night to honor the Chicago native, former player and current Blackhawks television analyst. The first 10,000 fans to enter the United Center will receive a limited-edition Eddie Olczyk Heritage Night hat. The Blackhawks have also hosted Heritage Nights for Tony Esposito, Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita, Troy Murray, Jeremy Roenick, and Denis Savard during the 2009-10 season.

The Blackhawks currently sit atop the Western Conference and first in the Central Division with 99 points (46-19-7). Team broadcast partners Comcast SportsNet and WGN-TV have both established multiple ratings records for Blackhawks telecasts during the 2009-10 campaign.
