In conjunction with the Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois (AHAI), the Chicago Blackhawks will host the 2010 Blackhawk Cup, the Illinois State High School Hockey Championship, at the United Center on Friday, March 26. Comcast SportsNet will carry the Boys State Championship live with the call from Judd Sirott, Steve Konroyd and Jen Patterson. Last season both the New Trier boys and girls teams captured the Blackhawk Cup at the United Center. All fans who attend the game will automatically be entered into a raffle to win prizes, which include the chance for a Blackhawks player to attend a youth hockey practice, an hour of ice time at the United Center, two tickets to an upcoming Blackhawks game, autographed team memorabilia, the chance to have a meet and greet with right wing Patrick Kane, and more. The United Center concourse will feature a variety of concourse activities and appearances from the Bud Light Ice Crew and Tommy Hawk, the team’s mascot.
