Meet the instructors

Allie White

Hometown: Encinitas, CA
Before Flywheel: I lived in San Francisco working as a consultant, taught fitness classes in my spare time and traveled the world for the past year.
In the stadium: You'll laugh and dance while pushing past your limits to some awesome crazy playlists.
When I'm not turning up the torq: I'm outside running, dancing to country music, or spending time exploring Chicago!
Guilty pleasure: Bacon and coffee, usually together.

Elia Covino

Hometown: Freehold, NJ
Before Flywheel: I was living in Miami, Florida completing undergrad and law school. Despite being licensed as an attorney, I've always had a strong passion for fitness and health, which has brought me to the group fitness world.
In the stadium: Expect sick beats and an upbeat, high energy class that is fueled by inspiration, NOT intimidation.
When I'm not turning up the torq: You can find me on the megaformer, in my kitchen, enjoying Chicago's food scene or traveling.
Guilty pleasure: Trips to Whole Foods
