The Blackhawks are teaming up with Shred415 and lululemon on Saturday, Dec. 9, for an exclusive high-intensity interval training session in the United Center Atrium. Attendees can shop at a Blackhawks x lululemon pop-up shop and the Madhouse Team Store before and after the class. Sign up is first-come, first-served and spots must be reserved in advance. The cost is a non-refundable $25 donation to Chicago Blackhawks Charities. All spots have been filled. Please check back for future fitness events!

Mark Beier is the Co-Director of Training for Shred415. Mark has 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and has been working with Shred415 for the past 6 years. He is also a professionally trained chef and has helped thousands of people live healthier, happier lives through the use of fitness and healthy food. Mark is a lululemon ambassador and is on the junior board of an organization called I Grow Chicago, a 501(c)(3) organization which helps the underserved communities of Chicago's South Side. Mark's passion is to help people live more fulfilled lives by inspiring them to move and be active and to use fitness as a form of healing and empowerment.
Jeremy Walton grew up playing football and basketball, swimming, snowboarding and running track. After playing football at the University of Arizona, he moved to Newport, Calif., where he became certified as a personal trainer and began his career in fitness. He's been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years.
He is the Co-Director of Training and instructor at Shred415, an elite personal trainer and performance coach. He is a lululemon ambassador. He is featured in the Xplode Bosu DVD series and was a trainer for VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" Season 4. Jeremy was named top fitness influencer by Gatorade in 2011 and placed third in the NPC California Excalibur Men's Physique competition in 2012. He's been featured on ABC News Chicago and WCIU's "You & Me."
