With a passion for all sports, Rachel is especially excited to bring her love and knowledge of hockey to the Avalanche in-game experience. Richlinkski is a Louisiana native and a graduate of Louisiana State University's Manship School of Mass Communication.
"I'm thrilled to begin working with such a respected and highly-successful organization and to bring my excitement and passion for hockey to the faithful Colorado Avalanche fans," Richlinski said. "Moving to Denver is a dream come true. I'm incredibly thankful for this opportunity and can't wait for the upcoming season to start."
The Avs open their six-game preseason slate on Tuesday at home against the Vegas Golden Knights.
