Avalanche Names New In-Arena Reporter/Host
Rachel Richlinski joins organization for all games at Pepsi Center

The Colorado Avalanche game presentation department announced today that Rachel Richlinski has been hired as the new in-arena reporter/host for all Colorado Avalanche games at Pepsi Center. Rachel will join the Avalanche game presentation team for the upcoming 2019-20 season, contributing to all game day coverage, including pregame and intermission reports, all live from Pepsi Center.
Richlinski comes to Denver from Jackson, Mississippi, where she was the main sports anchor/reporter at WLBT-TV/FOX40. Additionally, she spent the past summer working as a reporter/host for Wilson Premier Baseball and as a freelance reporter for Cox Sports Television.
With a passion for all sports, Rachel is especially excited to bring her love and knowledge of hockey to the Avalanche in-game experience. Richlinkski is a Louisiana native and a graduate of Louisiana State University's Manship School of Mass Communication.

"Moving to Denver is a dream come true. I'm incredibly thankful for this opportunity and can't wait for the upcoming season to start."
The Avs open their six-game preseason slate on Tuesday at home against the Vegas Golden Knights.
