Gabriel Landeskog All-Star Game Fan Vote Last Man In San Jose 2019

The rosters for the 2019 NHL All-Star Game are almost complete, with one spot remaining on each division's team.
Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog can join teammates Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen, who are already named to the Central Division roster, at the league's mid-season classic as part of the "Last Men In" ballot. Starting at 10 a.m. MT on Thursday, fans can submit their votes at nhl.com/vote.

Landeskog has recorded 45 points (24 goals, 21 assists) through the first 41 games of the campaign. He shares the team lead with 24 goals, which is also tied for fourth in the NHL. Only Joe Sakic (28 in 1995-96) tallied more goals through 41 games in Avalanche history.
The Stockholm, Sweden, native is two markers shy of matching his career high of 26 goals set in 2013-14. He is tied for the NHL lead with seven game-winning goals, a career high. Landeskog is also tied for fifth in the league with eight power-play markers, which matches a personal high (2014-15 and 2017-18). The Avs captain ranks first on the team and tied for 10th in the NHL with a plus-18 rating.

A league-high 16 of Gabriel Landeskog's 24 goals have come in the third period, which is already a new Avalanche single-season record (since 1995-96). He broke the previous mark of 15 third-period markers shared by Valeri Kamensky in 1995-96, Sakic in 2000-01 and Marek Svatos in 2005-06.
The Avalanche trio of Landeskog, MacKinnon and Rantanen has combined for 167 points (65 goals, 102 assists) this season, the most of any three teammates through 41 games since Mario Lemieux (93), Jaromir Jagr (84) and Ron Francis (69) combined for 246 points through 41 contests for the 1995-96 Penguins.
All three forwards have gotten points on the same goal 20 times, the most of any NHL trio. In addition, at least two of the three has factored on the same tally 64 times. MacKinnon was named the captain of the Central Division squad on Dec. 27 via a fan vote, and Rantanen joined him on the 10-man division rosters that were announced on Wednesday.
