The Colorado Avalanche is set to appear in six nationally televised games in the United States on NBCSN in 2018-19.

The debut of "Wednesday Night Hockey" on NBC Sports Network will feature the Avalanche five times, including matchups at Pepsi Center against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Oct. 24, Nashville Predators on Nov. 7, Pittsburgh Penguins on Nov. 28, San Jose Sharks on Jan. 2 and Vegas Golden Knights on March 27.

Colorado's contest at the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday, March 24, 2019, will also be nationally televised on NBCSN.

NBC and NBC Sports will combine to televise 109 NHL regular-season games in the 2018-19 campaign, the most since it acquired NHL rights prior to the 2005-06 season. The schedule includes the 2018 Discover Thanksgiving Showdown, 2019 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic and 2019 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series game. The 2019 NHL All-Star Weekend in San Jose, Calif., will also be televised on the networks.

All NHL games on the NBC networks will be streamed live on and the NBC Sports app to authenticated users via TV Everywhere.

The Avalanche's full regular-season broadcast schedule on Altitude TV will be announced at a later date.
