The Colorado Avalanche isn't expected to make any changes to its lineup for tonight's game against the Nashville Predators.
It is the first of four meetings this season between the two clubs, which last played in April during the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Colorado will wear its third jersey for the first time since 2016-17 as part of its Division Rival Night.
Forward Tyson Jost took part in the team's optional morning skate in a regular, practice jersey-- the second consecutive day he has skated in a contact sweater--but he won't play against the Predators. He has missed the last three games with a head injury.
Goaltender Semyon Varlamov will start in net versus Nashville.
