Voting ends on Monday, Oct. 26 at 3:00 p.m. MT, so be sure to cast your ballot today!

Duchene’s First Goal – 10/17 @ Detroit
Matt Duchene netted his first NHL goal in a victory over Detroit. The rookie got the puck at the Avalanche’s blue line and made a quick move to work his way around Justin Abdelkader. Coming up the right wing, Duchene beat Chris Osgood with a shot from the top of the right circle.

O’Reilly Sets Up McLeod – 10/17 @ Detroit
With the Avalanche trailing the Wings late in the game, Cody McLeod tied it up with his second tally of the evening. Ryan O’Reilly brought the puck up the right wing on a 2-on-1 and faked a shot before sending a pass to McLeod, who buried the feed with a quick wrister to force overtime.

Jones Shatters Glass – 10/21 @ Minnesota
The Avalanche and Wild were tied, 2-2, and just seconds remained in regulation when David Jones put a big hit on Minnesota defenseman Nick Schultz. In fact, the hit was so hard that it shattered the glass in front of the timekeeper, causing a lengthy delay.
