Start Time Set for Avalanche-Flames Game 5 on Friday

NEW YORK - The National Hockey League announced tonight that the start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames has been set for 8 p.m. MT on Friday.

Below are updates to the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs First Round schedule:

Thursday, April 18

· The start time of Game 4 of the First Round Series between the Washington Capitals and Carolina Hurricanes is 5 p.m. MT, as previously announced, on Thursday, April 18, at Carolina. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on Sportsnet and TVA Sports.

· The start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the St. Louis Blues and Winnipeg Jets has been set for 6:30 p.m. MT on Thursday, April 18, in Winnipeg. The game will be televised on CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. In the U.S., the game will be televised on USA.

· The start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the Vegas Golden Knights and San Jose Sharks has been set for 8 p.m. MT on Thursday, April 18, in San Jose. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on Sportsnet and TVA Sports.

Friday, April 19

· The start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins has been set for 5 p.m. MT on Friday, April 19, in Boston. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on CBC and TVA Sports.

· The start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames has been set for 8 p.m. MT on Friday, April 19, in Calgary. The game will be televised on CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. In the U.S., the game will be televised nationally on NBCSN.
