Philipp Grubauer Dallas Stars Preseason

ST. LOUIS--The Colorado Avalanche continues its season-long road trip this evening at Enterprise Center versus the division rival St. Louis Blues.
Colorado's stop under the arch is the fifth of the team's six-city tour that concludes on Friday at the Vegas Golden Knights. The Avs are 3-0-1 so far on their first road swing of the year and are off to their best start through eight games in franchise history (7-0-1).

Avs goaltender Philipp Grubauer will make his seventh start of the campaign this evening. He has a 5-0-1 record, 2.79 goals-against average and .919 save percentage this season. He last played on Friday at the Florida Panthers and stopped a season-high 40-of-44 shots in the 5-4 overtime win.
Backup netminder Pavel Francouz was in net for Colorado's previous outing on Saturday at the Tampa Bay Lightning--the second half of the squad's first back-to-back set of the year--and recorded a career-high 44 saves in the 6-2 victory.
Avs head coach Jared Bednar said after today's morning skate that he won't make any other changes to his lineup from what it has been in the previous two contests. Defenseman Mark Barberio and forwards Vladislav Kamenev and Valeri Nichushkin are expected to be the healthy scratches.
Below is the Avalanche's projected lineup for tonight's game at St. Louis. All forward combinations and defensive pairings are subject to change.
