Avalanche Announces 2015 Training Camp Dates

The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club announced today its training camp dates for the upcoming 2015-16 season.

The Avalanche will begin training camp on Thursday, Sept. 17, with veterans reporting for medical and physical tests. The full squad will be on the ice on Friday, Sept. 18, and Saturday, Sept. 19, at the South Suburban Family Sports Center in Centennial, Colo. Camp is free of charge and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. On-ice activities will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m.

Prior to training camp, the Avalanche will hold a three-day rookie camp from Sept. 14-16 at the Family Sports Center. The on-ice sessions will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. and are also open to the public at no charge.

The Avs will hold their annual Burgundy/White Game on Sunday, Sept. 20, at the University of Denver and begin their preseason schedule at Pepsi Center against the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
