Oct. 7 vs. San Jose - Nifty 50 Svatos notched his first goal of the season - and the 50th of his NHL career - in the third period of an Avalanche victory over the Sharks
Oct. 28 vs. Minnesota - Starting a Trend The third-year forward scored his fifth goal of the season, depositing a backhand attempt past Minnesota netminder Josh Harding, at 15:30 of the second period. The goal proved to be the game-winner
Nov. 3 vs. Vancouver - Striking Twice The forward recorded his first multi-goal game of the season by striking twice (once on the power play and another with the teams at even strength) in the third period against the Canucks
Nov. 22 @ Edmonton - Another Game-Winner In the final contest of a four-game road swing for Colorado, Svatos notched the game-winning goal at the 10:33 mark of the second period during a 3-2 victory
Dec. 15 vs. Nashville - ...And Another Svatos scored a power-play goal in the second period against Nashville to give the Avs a 2-0 lead. The tally turned out to be the game-winner in Colorado’s 3-1 triumph over the Predators
Jan. 5 vs. NY Islanders - OT Victory Showing his penchant for scoring timely goals, Svatos notched the game-winner 2:05 into overtime against the Islanders. The point was the 100th of his NHL career
Jan. 12 @ Carolina - Just in Time Svatos capped a third-period rally with two goals in a span of 2:07 as the Avalanche battled back from a 4-2 deficit en route to a 5-4 win over the Hurricanes
Jan. 13 @ Florida - Ten Spot The day after his late-game heroics against Carolina, Svatos tallied a second-period power-play goal in a 4-3 shootout win over the Panthers. The goal was the forward’s 10th in 11 games
Jan. 30 vs. Chicago - Leading the Way During a 6-3 Avalanche victory, the Kosice, Slovakia, native recorded a pair of tallies and assisted on Andrew Brunette’s game-winning goal. Svatos led the Avalanche with nine goals in January
Feb. 9 @ Vancouver - On the Scoreboard Svatos matched his season-high with three points (2g/1a), notched the game-winner and posted a +3 rating in a 6-2 win over the Canucks
