The Flyers, who defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets 2-1 in overtime on Friday, have won four straight on the road and are tied with the New Jersey Devils for third place in the Metropolitan Division. The Rangers, who have lost three straight, are five points behind the New York Islanders for the second wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Eastern Conference.
Henrik Lundqvist will start for the Rangers after he was pulled in the third period of a 6-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday.
New York, which is 3-10-0 in its past 13 games, has defeated Philadelphia in seven of the past eight games.

Status report

McLeod, who was scratched on Saturday for Hayes, could miss his second straight game. Hayes started on the fourth line, but moved up to play with Vesey and Zuccarello later in the game. ... Lundqvist allowed five goals on 27 shots and was replaced by Brandon Halverson against the Senators. Rangers coach Alain Vigneault said the decision was because he planned to start Lundqvist against the Flyers. Halverson was sent to Hartford of the American Hockey League on Sunday.
