John Worley, 41, became the Flyers' head athletic trainer in 1994 after serving as the team's part-time athletic training and physical conditioning consultant for eight seasons. When not providing his services to the Flyers from 1983-94, Worley's work with the athletic training services division of NovaCare, Inc. in Broomall, Pa., assigned him to the American Hockey League's Hershey Bears and various local high school sports programs. He was honored to provide healthcare coverage at the 1999 World Roller Hockey Championships in Helsinki, Finland. The native of Ridley Park, Pa., was a high school teacher/athletic trainer at Ridley Park High School from 1980-83. John is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. He is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state athletic training societies. John earned a bachelor's degree in health and physical education with a specialization in athletic training from West Chester University in 1980, where he also played football and lacrosse. His hobbies include golf, travel and fitness. John and his wife, Tracey, have two daughters, Taylor and Morgan, and reside in Somerdale, N.J.

Jim "Turk" Evers, 42, has spent his entire 19-year career in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers. The Philadelphia native got his start as an equipment manager in professional hockey with the American Hockey League's Philadelphia Firebirds from 1975-77. He later became head equipment manager of the AHL's Maine Mariners from 1977-81. Jim was honored to provide equipment management services at the 1991 NHL All-Star Game, 1991 Canada Cup and the 1996 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. His hobbies include boating and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Jim and his wife, Sherri, reside in Magnolia, N.J., with their son, James.
