Traded to NY Americans by Toronto with Buzz Boll, Doc Romnes, Jimmy Fowler and Murray Armstrong for Sweeney Schriner, May 18, 1939. Team name changed to Brooklyn Americans prior to 1941-42 season. Traded to Boston by Brooklyn for $7,500, January 4, 1942.
