ATM
  • Guests can find and access an ATM in the following sections:
    • Behind Section 116, Coca-Cola Great Hall
    • Located on the East/West Rotundas, South Plaza
    • Behind Section 127, Lower Level North
    • Behind Section 143, Lower Level West
    • Behind Section 214, East Club Level (must have Club/Suite ticket to access)
    • Behind Section 237, West Club Level (must have Club/Suite ticket to access)
    • Behind Section 516, Upper Level East

    • Along Art Rooney Avenue, parallel to Heinz Field, under Coca-Cola Great Hall Sign

ALCOHOL POLICY
  • Guests of Heinz Field must be 21 years or older to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages. ARAMARK reserves the right to check proof of legal drinking age. There is a maximum of two (2) beers per purchase at all concession stands. All alcohol sales in the seating bowl will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period. ARAMARK has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at anytime during an event.

CLUB LOUNGES
  • The East and West Club Lounges are located on the 200 Level.
  • The North Club Lounge is located on the 300 Level.
  • Guests must have a valid Club or Suite Ticket to enter the Club Lounges. Suite or Club Lounge Tickets do not have access to the North Club Lounge.
  • Portable merchandise stands are located in the East and West Club Lounges.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
  • The designated driver booth, sponsored by ARAMARK, is now available at all three main gates.
  • Registrants for the program must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • In return, for the promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from Heinz Field, a registrant will receive one coupon redeemable for a soft drink. All registrants receive a "Designated Driver" paper wristband.
  • Coupons can be redeemed at Goal Line Stands and Club Level Stands.

FIRST AID
  • In the event that a Guest at Heinz Field would need medical assistance, please direct them to the nearest First Aid Room. First Aid Rooms are located in the following areas:
    • Behind Section 103, Coca-Cola Great Hall
    • Behind Section 123, Lower Level North (Main First Aid Room)
    • Behind Section 517, Upper Level East
    • Behind Section 541, Upper Level West
    • The First Aid Room on the Club Level is located in between the East and West Clubs closest to the Northeast Corner

GATE ENTRANCES
  • All Guests may enter Heinz Field through:
    • Gate A - South Plaza under Video Board
    • Gate B - Northeast Corner
    • Gate C - Northwest Corner
  • All Gates open two (2) hours prior to start of game.
  • One turnstile at each gate will be open until the middle of the second period.
  • If Guests arrive after the middle of the second period , they may enter through Gate B, which is open the entire game.

GUEST SERVICES
  • Guest Services is intended to provide Guests with assistance before, during, and after each event at Heinz Field. For assistance, please direct Guests to the nearest Guest Services Room or a Guest Services Attendant.
  • Guest Services Rooms are located in the following areas:
    • Behind Section 104, Coca-Cola Great Hall
    • Behind Section 123, Lower Level North
    • Behind Section 504, Upper Level East
    • Behind Section 528, Upper Level West
  • The Main Guest Services Room (behind Section 104) is open one and a half (1-1/2) hours after the end of the game.
  • Guests can acquire assistance at four (4) Guest Services Kiosks located at the three (3) main gates:
    • Gate A (2 kiosks)
    • Gate B
    • Gate C

LOST AND FOUND
  • During events, lost and found items left in the seating bowl will be brought to the Main Guest Services Room, behind Section 104 in the Coca-Cola Great Hall. The Main Guest Services Room is open one and a half (1-1/2) hours after the end of the game.
  • Guests inquiring about lost items at previous games should call (412) 697-7135 for information. Items lost at prior games are held in storage for 30 days and then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization.

  • Winter Classic merchandise can be purchased at the seven (7) Pittsburgh Sideline Stores located throughout Heinz Field:
    • Behind Section 115, Coca-Cola Great Hall
    • Behind Section 144, South Plaza
    • Behind Section 118, Lower Level North
    • Behind Section 127, Lower Level North
    • Behind Section 141, Lower Level West
    • Behind Section 506, Upper Level East
    • Behind Section 530, Upper Level West
  • Guests will also find approximately 20 portable merchandise locations and 10 program stands located throughout Heinz Field and exterior areas, including the Club Lounges

RE-ENTRY POLICY
  • Once Guests enter Heinz Field, they may not exit and then re-enter, except in the case of an emergency.
  • If this occurs, Guests must proceed to the Guest Services Kiosk at Gate B, located in Northeast corner of Heinz Field, for authorization to exit and re-enter. (Ex: Death or medical emergency)

  • 52 men's and women's restrooms are conveniently located throughout Heinz Field. Each is equipped with baby-changing stations.
  • Family/Special needs restrooms are located in the following areas to accommodate guests:
    • Behind Section 105, Coca-Cola Great Hall
    • Behind Section 124, Lower Level North
    • Behind Section 141, Lower Level West
    • Behind Section 205, East Club (must have a valid Club/Suite Ticket)

SECURITY GUIDELINES
  • Guests at Heinz Field are asked to cooperate with security personnel to ensure the safety of all guests. In addition, fans who wear or bring heavy clothing, jackets, or blankets will be asked to open such items for inspection and pat down.
  • The following items are not permitted:
    • Aerosol Cans
    • Alcoholic Beverages
    • Animals (With the Exception of Guide Dogs for the Disabled)
    • Apparel or Signage Displaying Profane or Abusive Language
    • Back Packs
    • Bags
    • Balls (Beach Balls, Footballs, etc.)
    • Banners or Signs on Poles
    • Bottles
    • Cameras with lenses longer than six (6) inches or any commercial audio/visual equipment. Cameras and video cameras are permitted but cannot be used to reproduce the game and must not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
    • Cans
    • Chairs or seat cushions with arms or backs (other than those approved for persons with accessibility needs requirements) larger than 15"x15"
    • Coolers (Hard/Soft Sided)
    • Fireworks
    • Flagpoles
    • Flasks
    • Headwear or clothing/items that may Impede the view of fans
    • Illegal Drugs and Substances
    • Inflatable Devices (Balloons, etc.)
    • Laptop Computers
    • Large, Professional Style Camera Bags
    • Large Purses (larger than 8 1/2" x 11")
    • Laser Pointers
    • Noisemakers
    • Promotional Materials Advertising Organizations or Companies not affiliated with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, Heinz Field, National Football League or the National Hockey League

    • Any Other Item Deemed Dangerous and/or inappropriate
  • Small purses, small camera cases, binocular cases and diaper bags will be permitted, however, all items that do not pass security must be returned to vehicles.
  • Guests are asked to arrive early to eliminate lines at security checks.
  • Heinz Field is NOT responsible for items left at gates.

  • Heinz Field has 129 Luxury Suites that can be accessed from both the 300 and 400 levels.
  • Guests must have a valid Suite Ticket to access those levels and the Luxury Suite.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE
  • If Guests need assistance to and from their seats, please contact the nearest Guest Services Attendant or go to the closest Guest Services Room. Assistance can be provided before, during, and after the event.
  • Wheelchair Assistance is available at all three (3) Heinz Field Gates and Guest Services Rooms.
  • Wheelchair Assistance is available anywhere inside Heinz Field.
  • Handicapped platforms can be accessed from anywhere in Heinz Field.
  • Luxury Suites can accommodate wheelchair accessible seating.
  • For assistance on game day, please proceed to the Main Guest Services Room in the Coca-Cola Great Hall.
