OHL Roundup: Knights, IceDogs sweep series, will meet for J. Ross Robertson Cup

LONDON, Ont. - The Ontario Hockey League championship is set.

Christian Dvorak scored once and set up two more and Tyler Parson made 27 saves as the London Knights beat the Erie Otters 5-1 on Wednesday to sweep the Western Conference final 4-0.

London will play the Eastern Conference champion Niagara IceDogs, who advanced after taking their series against the Barrie Colts in four games.

Matthew Tkachuk, JJ Piccinich and Mitch Marner had a goal and an assist apiece for the Knights and Owen MacDonald added the other.

London has the top three playoff scorers heading into the finals. Marner leads all skaters with 37 points in 15 games, Tkachuk has 33 in 14 and Dvorak has produced 26 in 15. Meanwhile, Niagara's top scorer through three rounds is Josh Ho-Sang, who sits seventh with 21 points in 13 games.

The Knights went 51-14-3 in the regular season for a league-best 105 points while the IceDogs were 35-26-7 — 28 points behind London.
